I’m a receptionist I deal with customers, check ins, outside booking from companies and Bart
Iv learnt how to do a pointed person how to take hand over and how to deal with a fire
I really enjoy it I have really supportive people helping me with confidence and education
Very structured and organised I always know what is the next step of action
A lot I get one to one support and online and extra support in my exam because of my disability
A lot I get one to one support I get for my exam a reader, writer and someone whos speaker
I think Iv done really well they’ve help me soo much with my confidence
