I work in a software engineering team and am supported and trusted in writing new code
I had 0 previous experience in programming or coding. The team I work in has been incredibly supportive and has explained everything i've learned so far
Programme so far has been incredibly satisfying. Looking backwards it's almost incredible I got this far. Employer has been terrific, input or support from training provider could be better
Employer is taking care of virtually all of my learning. Senior programmers commit a lot of time and effort in teaching me. Learning from training provider can be improved
I doubt my employer could do anything more than this in helping, supporting and teaching me
Training provider is mostly concerned with me passing the exams than with actually providing training
Qualification in my programme is only at the end
Employer offers dozens of different opportunities for personal and professional improvement, from hackatons to networking evens to social gatherings, and are happy to pay for any qualification or additional training
