Rotation based scheme in which I move around different parts of the business. Currently, I work as a operational analyst and my role involves attending standups, doing data analysis as well as helping the roadmap team out.
I have so far improved my skills in all Microsoft products specifically Excel and also in Confluence and Jira and through my future rotations I will learn about Qlik, SQL and Python
I enjoy my programme quite alot as it provides a challenge but does not allow me to be overworked.
It is relatively well-structured programme however as my area is agile based it is heavily dependant on projects and therefore can be quiet times when a project is not ongoing and more work towards a sprint/project end
The support I recieve from my employer is very good. I have weekly 121 with both my manager and mentor as well as monthly meetings with my wider business mentor. I always feel like my thoughts and concerns are heard.
I receive good level of support from QA as we have meetings every few weeks to discuss my progress. I have also been assigned a skills coach to help me further my abilities.
I believe it will be helpful as the concepts I'm learning, I apply to my role daily and ask questions to my colleagues.
We have regular team socials for both my team and wider team as well as quarterly get togethers in person which are very good. We also have the bright futures aspect where we meet other apprentices/graduates and network with them

Great place to work with a good salary. Great place for development and allowing you to improve your skills early on in your career
Research the company and prepare well for competency and technical questions as these will be important in the final interview.
