Right now I am working as a Wickes Colleague. My usual routine includes desk related work.Till operation, Phone calls, Trade sign ups , click &collect.
My apprenticeship is about becoming DC. I have so far learnt health and safety policies, prevent and safeguarding, building regulations, product knowledge and basic CAD.
I am thoroughly enjoying the course as my coach, manager and mentor DC and KBA are supporting me by every means.
The programme is well organised, well monitored and fully supported.
My store manager and all duty managers are very helpful and supportive. They always help me printing my resources, supply me PC and all hardware like webcam and other stuff for webinars.
She is always replying promptly to my queries via email or either chat. She always help me figuring out any difficulties during course.
