My role is to ensure that my store is running to its vest potential, my staff know what they are doing and everyone and everything is running inline with the policies to make sure we are compliant in all areas
I have become more flexible in understanding people's individual needs for example their ways of learning/training and I am able to notice something that may be a risk and put processes in place to prevent that happening
I love my programme, it allows you to learn more about your role than the basic training entails and gives you a more open mind on why we do things within the business and needs of the staff
The programme is really organised and easy to follow, you get your module call dates all at once so you are able to have these in your calendar and prepare in advance and stay ontop
My employer is extremely supportive, giving us time where needed to focus on our apprenticeship as they also see the importance of the programme and staffs development
They are very supportive and check we are on track and being compliant
I feel that this helps us perform better within our roles so much, I think that each manager or people who are wanting to become manager should experience the apprenticeship to help with their development
They do carry our a weekly Friday hang out for anyone who needs help where the team mates can discuss and help eachother along with the coach being there to help everyone too
Yes
I love working for toolstation and have never experienced a more caring and supportive company when it comes to its staff
Do it, and if you want to develop your skills and experiences use all the tools they have to help you they are extremely helpful
