it is very enjoyable to learn new skills and be in an organisation were I can network with people and learn of others.
it is fairly well structure, it was abit slow at the start to give me tasks to do as people were busy but now its getting busier and I'm starting to do tasks on a daily basis.
As much as i ask for and when i ask they all give me 100% attention and answers any questions i have.
i can easily ask for any questiuons by emailing my provider and they will get back to m on any questions.
it helps as its an IT system qualification and I'm working with it all the time in my role so it helps to understand it better.
