This is such a great opportunity I have been given to continue to learn and gain a qualification whist also being able to get my foot in the financial industry. We are encouraged to explore our potential in any aspect of the business and also our personal development.
Networking skills. IT skills such as one note, excel etc. General exposer to the financial world
It's great having the freedom to complete workloads whist always knowing where someone is to assist if need be. Everyone in the business has been kind and welcoming throughout my time here.
It is well organised as there are sessions put in our calendars as so we are aware of all learning modules that are up and coming.
My manger is always on hand as well as the girls in my team if i need a help with anything. There are constant news letters regarding well-being so i would know where to go if any of those sort of issues arose.
There are monthly calls however it is very much all self study at the moment which may not be as useful to some people.
I feel the qualification has good uses in my business role however there are also some convoluted sections of the learning and questions in which i would struggle to apply it directly to my role. Still good valid skills to learn none the less though.
There are many groups within the organisation such as next gen or healthy minds. These groups organise social events and charity events for employees who wish to attend. There is a group for everyone's interests

Very forward thinking company. Feeling very welcomed after joining. Amazing opportunities.
Don't be afraid to network or to get talking, it makes life and work a lot more enjoyable.
