Graduate surveyor in the hotels team providing both valuation and capital market services including sales and acquisitions, as well as consultancy.
Communication, client relationship management, property valuation, presentation skills.
I enjoy the various experience and skills I learn on a daily basis working both in the office and out on site at inspections, viewings, and meetings.
It is very well organised with plenty of guidance towards completing an APC to become a chartered surveyor.
There is support from my employer to learn new skills and take part in training in order to progress through towards completion of the course.
It is challenging balancing workloads and learning at university but you receive time out to take part in university courses.
The undergraduate degree provides a solid foundation in order to learn skills on the job as you study.
Yes there is a social committe, as well as plenty of social, sport, and networking events.
