  • Graduate surveyor in the hotels team providing both valuation and capital market services including sales and acquisitions, as well as consultancy.

  • Communication, client relationship management, property valuation, presentation skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the various experience and skills I learn on a daily basis working both in the office and out on site at inspections, viewings, and meetings.

  • It is very well organised with plenty of guidance towards completing an APC to become a chartered surveyor.

  • There is support from my employer to learn new skills and take part in training in order to progress through towards completion of the course.

  • It is challenging balancing workloads and learning at university but you receive time out to take part in university courses.

  • The undergraduate degree provides a solid foundation in order to learn skills on the job as you study.

  • Yes there is a social committe, as well as plenty of social, sport, and networking events.

  • Have a passion for working in the industry and in particular the role you are applying for, as well as showing an eagerness to learn skills which you don't already have.
