  • My role involves shadowing senior designers, helping alongside them to make pitch documents, completing internal presentations, and attending design and bid related meetings.

  • Since joining my apprenticeship I have learnt how to use the different types of software within the creative cloud and how to create a bespoke designed document.

  • I really enjoy my apprenticeship as I'm surrounded by enthusiastic creative people who are always willing to learn and develop their skills.

  • My programme is well structured, I have a dedicated study day, monthly progress reviews and support for when I need assistance with my studies.

  • I receive constant one-to-one support from my manager and additional senior design buddies.

  • My training provider provides support during my study day and throughout the week when needed - ensuring I'm confident and on track when working towards my qualifications.

  • The qualification I'm working towards through my training provider helps me to perform better in my role immensely as it breaks down the key tools and skills for each of the types of software within the creative cloud - which is essential in my role.
