M role involves helping other team members, including writing letters to clients, site viewings and inspections and appraisals to determine land values
I have improved my networking skills as this is a key part of the role. I have also learnt how to use argus developer to create an appraisal
I am really enjoying the program, and would recommend it to anyone
The UCEM course is very well organized, i can imagine as i work here longer i will find it more difficult to not do office work on my given university day. But overall the program is great
I receive a huge amount of support daily, with everyone offering advice and help whenever i need it, i am involved with projects and given responsibility early on which has helped me learn faster.
I have received a lot of support from my training provider. When i didn't do so well in an assignment my tutor arranged a meeting eth me to do one to one feedback and helped talk through future assignment questions to help me further.
I feel as though i am gaining a deeper understand of the wording used daily when in the office and i can continue to develop my writing skills that i will also use in the office.
I am regularly involved in team events / socializing and have been encouraged to join the work netball team.

Its a great place to learn being surrounded by people whop are so knowledgeable in their field. I have had huge amounts of support, and also i really enjoy coming into work which i wasn't sure i would have!
