I have learnt so much from my apprenticeship with lifetime training starting from a someone who has only had one retail job and was learning everything about the daily job role in retail honestly it has been so rewarding and my mentor is absolutely amazing honestly couldn't thank her enough
I have learnt what skills and knowledge I need to accomplish more in my role and how what I do and more help the business become what it is ,I have learnt lots of new skills about how retail works and gained lots of knowledge about how a business's runs itself
I have really enjoyed the programme and honestly I have gained so much more confidence in my role, I have more motivation to want to go higher in my role and to keep on learning more knowledge and skills from the amazing mentors. I have learnt to become more confident in my abilities.
It is structured in such a great way the mentors have a great attitude and balance where the meetings are relaxed but are still encouraging us to do well and pushing us all to meet our true potential. It's organised well and work appointments around times that suits everyone.
I have recently moved to a different area store sp I am learning new things and my mentor has been patient with me and understanding that I have been leaning new skills and knowledge. Knowledge that I can bring into my apprenticeship work and experience. The support I get from my mentor and the apprenticeship as a whole is amazing.
The support I have received is amazing, I started this apprenticeship not having much knowledge except from the basics. Learning more about how I can contribute to my role and the knowledge that I cam learn to bring to my role and to any future roles is amazing. I have gained skills for life .
I have performed and learnt so much in my role I have only been in my role for 3 years and I am already taking the knowledge I have learnt from this apprenticeship into moving higher up in my role . I have learnt that you learn and do so much sometimes without even knowing.
I get involved in learning more in my role and gaining greater professional relationships with my peers , as I have gained new peers I am building my relationships up and are hoping to get involved in any outside activities if they do arise and will do have xmas parties at xmas so that is one social event
Yes
Because someone is ambitious and wants to get better in their role or just to gain more knowledge. I always say there is always something to learn in your role and this apprenticeship has learnt me that you are more capable if you want to learn more . I am so thankful!
I say go for it , these are skills and qualifications that you can gain for life and qualifications means more options in what you want to do in life. It can open more opportunities, give you more qualities ,skills and knowledge and your doing it whilst being in your job role.
