I’m a marketing assistant and I predominantly focus on internal and external communications, social media and exhibition stands and material.
Yes both, The apprenticeship has fine tuned the areas I am self taught in as well as exposing me to new software, platforms and tools that will help me to better understand my audience, competitors and industry.
I love it. The trainers are so down to earth and plan lessons that are engaging and provide us with examples that are modern and relatable. The training weeks give me so many ideas to implement when I’m back in the business
The onboarding at the start was a bit confusing and messy but the support from all the staff over the last year has been fantastic.
A lot of support. TP really champions apprenticeships and my line manager is very curious as to what I’m learning. I’m regularly asked if I have enough time and support for what I need to do!
As earlier stated, the trainers and coaches are fantastic. They have so much energy and are willing to provide extra support where it’s needed.
I’ve been learning a lot in my first year and the apprenticeship has helped to scrutinise my work in a good way. I can confidently make decisions that positively impact my work for the better.
We have networking events but I work a while away from most of my colleagues so it’s not that often. However TP provide lots of opportunities to mix with new groups and contribute to DNI projects.
Yes
Because they are creating a lot of opportunities for change. And it’s all to benefit the employees as well as the customers. I promote working for a company that is continually moving the goal forward for everyone.
Take everything into account: perks, apprentice schemes, gender pay gap, progression, health benefits, diversity and mental health groups, work from home, flexible working - we welcome change for the better.
