My role means that I am involved in the day to day running of the store which could be issuing tills, being in charge of staff and the store, stock, cashing up and any customer queries
Yep I have learnt what it takes to run a store successfully and how to deal with customer enquiries/complaints in the correct way I have also learned how to work well under pressure
I enjoy it a lot it’s helping me move forward in my job and teaching me new skills
It is very well organised my coach is just at the other end of the phone for if I have any questions
I receive a lot of support for my manager he wants me to succeed in the apprenticeship
I receive I lot of support she is always at the end of the phone for if I need her and I will get a reply from her very quickly
I think it helps a lot as it teaches you thinks you probably didn’t think you needed for your role
No there isn’t any all though the team does try to get out every now and again to socialise outside of work
Yes
It’s a great place to work they give you the support and opportunity to move up in your career
Just be yourself and also be prepared to work in a fast pace environment
