My current role is a project analyst, my daily duties are due to change imminently. I am involved in the permanent and contractor recruitment for my business area. I coordinate CV reviews and interviews, provide feedback to suppliers and manage the demand.
I have learnt some new skills on excel as part of my first module on my apprenticeship.
I enjoy interacting with other apprentices, I am interested in data and feel this will help shape my future.
My programme seems to be structured well, I have a two group coaching sessions per module, one as a big group and the other is a lot smaller which helps with feedback etc.
My employer is very supportive, there are many people to reach out to if help is required.
It’s early days for me at the moment, but my coach seems like she will help if needed.
I am now looking at my work of a different way, everything I do, I try to relate to data to help my understating.
Capgemini offers a lot of courses, events etc. I am not sure about sports teams but we do have a gym that you can join.
