My role is at the moment is covering Team manager which involes looking after a team of 12 colleagues. This is making sure that the team preforms to the best of their abilty through coaching sessions, also making sure that their wellbeing is good.
I have learnt to better mange my time
I enjoyed the progamme learning about the industry that I work in and where I am going to have a career in
The progamme was very well strutured I liked knowing what was expected and when and what was coming up
The support I revieved from my employer was fantanic
The only think was I had quite a few coaches so there was a lack of considency
I can serve our customers better by what I have learnt
