Checking delivery against design, testing fabricated items, ensuring the correctness and completeness of records and Auditing.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Definitely! Gained NVQ4, HND Mech Eng, CSCS Black Site Manager and More importantly worked on the tools so understand the work I am assuring the compliance of.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Thoroughly! Having historically attended university I would recommend this path instead on every level.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Extremely! The Academic quals and subject matter matched the site based NVQ completion brilliantly.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Buckets full! An experienced world class team always ready to give advice and all the time and approval I could ask for in terms of management.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Gen2 are first rate! The facilities and lecturers gave me ample support and provided excellent subject matter to test me and insure I had the tools necessary for a career in Engineering going foreword.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My Qualifications have given me one of the most impressive CV's of all my peers and that gives me mountains of confidence when faced with daily challenges.

Works dinners, charity fund raising summer BBQ's you name it.

Yes

9b. Why?

Because its the UK's biggest and longest standing Construction Company for good reason. The central Hub and quality of support services make it an excellent place for any new starter to work. As does the standard of colleague you will meat at a Balfours job.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Balfour Beatty?

Work hard, listen to the wealth of experience around you. it's a golden opportunity.
