Focused on change-management from a technical standpoint. Approving/closing changes and partaking in meetings regarding its future goals. Networking with many to see how their area functions and where improvements can be made. Continuously working on my apprenticeship projects too.
My social skills and confidence have been developing at a rate that i didn't know was possible. I have been able to learn industry skills that will be carried all throughout all my career.
There has been new experiences and projects for me to consistently join if I wanted.
Work is nearly always relevant to my coursework despite having a slower start where i was researching about the different department within the company
So much support by my initial team and everyone else around from senior managers to directors.
At the start, I was barely getting any however after getting a new learning mentor, the support has been amazing and more then expected
It helps me understand my final/ larger picture outcome. feels like any work i do is actually useful.
I take part in volunteering - and attend social events that are in collab with our customers
