My day to day job involves the everyday running of the store, setting up the delivery drivers, taking customers calls and stock handling
It has helped to develop skills I already had whilst also helping me to gain a knowledge in new skills
At times find a balance between working and writing assignments can be tricky but the the programme itself is not too difficult
In some cases the way the system works can come across as very overwhelming when you see there are overdue tasks, but it is well structured in terms of information
I receive a fair amount of support, but it does come with its difficulties on occasion, with covering holidays and sicknesses it doesn’t always give for much time to fully complete assignments
There is support when needed
I believe that with the knowledge gained it has helped me develop my skills to perform better in my role and helped more with my decision making and social/team skills
Occasionally there are social events that all team members are involved in
Yes
It is a fast place to work so it keeps you busy, the team all work hard together and will always help each other out
Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve goals and targets is very useful
