I manage designers' calendars and help with planning, if necessary. As a future Design Consultant I will need to do home visits, plan kitchens and bathrooms and sell.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well organised in different modules in function of topics. The diary and my coach, helps me keep track of everything and be in time with deadlines. Because of the Winter Sale, some modules have been done in a different order and this helped more with the completition of every task.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager is always open to help if I need to have any discussion related to my apprenticeship. Of course, we are in a sales environment and his main task is for as to take leads and sell, but I manage my own time. Working at a desk helps me do some work for the apprenticeship without the need to ask him time.
