My role includes communicating and validation visual merchandising in 28 stores, as well as managing project within those stores ( Refits )
Yes, i feel that i have learnt things so far that i can use in my role.
I enjoy the content, but feel that the communication with tutor isn't consistent and time frames given don't fit within my day to day work. especially around annual leave. after missing a session due to illness, this has now been popped into a month with another Worksop making it a really full on.
as said before, i missed a session due to illness, and then its been rearranged for 3 months later, at the same time as another session. making that moth a heavy month for assignments. this will hard to manage around work load.
i recieve plenty of support from my employer. and ive had conversations around this workload.
Ive asked on many occasion to be contacted via email to discuss certain bits but haven't received calls back. when trying to communicate that I wouldn't make a session I couldn't get hold of anyone to do so and customer service said they would get someone to call back and it was too late.
I believe that some of the elements would be good tools, its hard to judge with me only doing 2 sessions so far.
i dont believe so no.
Yes
I would in terms of content, but not necessarily due to communication. but the work ethic and content is really engaging and insightful it may just be a case of bad experience and the communication could well improve.
make sure your job allows the time.
