  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the content, but feel that the communication with tutor isn't consistent and time frames given don't fit within my day to day work. especially around annual leave. after missing a session due to illness, this has now been popped into a month with another Worksop making it a really full on.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • as said before, i missed a session due to illness, and then its been rearranged for 3 months later, at the same time as another session. making that moth a heavy month for assignments. this will hard to manage around work load.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Ive asked on many occasion to be contacted via email to discuss certain bits but haven't received calls back. when trying to communicate that I wouldn't make a session I couldn't get hold of anyone to do so and customer service said they would get someone to call back and it was too late.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

  • 9a. Would you recommend Matalan to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Matalan?
