General manager of a brewers Fayre restaurant brand for whitbread. Over see the day to day running of the restaurant
Better business strategy and how to form a business plan to increase sales. Helped with my ability to help train and coach team members and duty managers by implementing different training techniques to help with the business
Enjoy the programme however, can be a bit difficult on occasions to complete tasks with being full time & working 48 hours per week.
Could be given more time within work to complete atpem course work rather than doing it outside work.
Very little support from my ROM but quite a bit from my learning coach

Be open minded and willing to learn new things. Go for any training that is offered to you. Meet other peers from other restaurants/hotels to share experiences and knowledge
