  • Hotel Manager, oversight and compliance for finance, safety and employment law, recruitment, training, and recognition for a team of 30. Day to day running of the hotel.

  • I enjoy the learning and development the programme provides.

  • Very well organised with clear tasks and goals.

  • Not enough... Time is the key factor and there should be forecast changes to rotas to allow time for learning.

  • Lots of support and time from trainers and a dedicated learning coach.

  • It focuses me on the business and the wider hospitality industry.
