As a duty manager I have to make sure that the shifts I'm in charge of run as smoothly as possible and that any issues are dealt with promptly.
Yes, especially around business planning and leadership.
Generally this is a really good programme but it could be more inclusive with people coming from other countries that need to get their maths and English qualifications again.
It's Well organised but it does not work well around people that have to run shifts and daily operations as there is a lack of time.
As much as they can give me based on my job role.
My training coach is always really available and tries to help me as much as possible with my workload.
It definitely helps towards my understanding of leadership.
