Typically my day involves calling and registering prospective buyers, booking in visiting appointment via the CRM system. I also overlook certain administrative aspects of my role such as tagging keys, replying to emails and making brochures for new property instructions.
I have developed my ability to communicate more clearly and learnt how to deal with a broad clientele or customers we deal with day to day. This has also developed my professionalism and the knowledge skills and behaviours that play a role in this job.
I absolutely love the apprenticeship programme. I feel that the opportunities as well as experiences have been an invaluable aspect of it and the room to excel so far within our role.
The programme is very well structured in terms of having a great division of how much time we spent on training, off the job training as well as how much time we spend in the office.
I receive support all throughout the day with any taka that I may need additional help on.
My training provider is always available for any additional help I may need. I feel confident that I can contact him using Teams, text or video call whenever I need and he is always available to answer any of my issues or questions I have regarding the qualification.
It helps to solidify my knowledge and act with and show further experience through my enhanced skills, knowledge and behaviours I learnt through my qualification.

The culture or the people is incredible. There are so many opportunities to meet with different people and try new offices and departments. The opportunities I have been given are what makes the job exciting and not every day is the same!
