i’ve learnt more about how the business operates, i’ve learnt the ways in which customers act and how to present myself to appeal more friendly to customers. I’ve learnt about how technology can help the company and also about the lesigslation the company follows
i enjoy it a lot, i enjoy learning new things which can help me in my everyday job and i believe it has helped me to improve at the ins and outs of my job
it is well structured, everything is easily accessible from one website and my meeting with my coach and frequent and helpful
