Banking and trade delivery - supporting customers & collegues to get all the appropiate answers, requests complete in an appropiate timescale

Very much even with the changes and covid
Unfortunatley I went through it when there were a lot of changes going on, however my coach was the most suppotive she could of been, all of the time
In had time in my schedule and if I didnt I requested for it to be given
I had a change of coaches twice, however all of them were very good and very supportive

There is so much variety in roles available
Be open to changes and push yourself out of your confort zone - ask, ask, ask
