Great place to work. You get a decent wage for retail work. The pension scheme is brilliant. Holidays are better than what most places would offer. The people are great to work with all work as one big team. Staff discount and vouchers at Christmas, also friends and family discount.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to B&Q?

Be honest. B&q look for people who are customer driven and are always looking for someone who is going to do what is best for the customer and company. Put down skills relevant to job role. Want so.eone who is punctual and excited to be at work. D
