currently, we have been doing theory college work with assignments as work and classroom teaching. no practical work until end of march-start of April.
I have progressed my learning ability and strength in multiple subjects such as maths and electrical principle. i have also improved my teamwork skills when we are struggling on an assignment, helping us complete it.
currently, the program is very repetitive, no practical work in-between theory work, which can sometimes get boring. learning new skills in lesson can make the lessons more enjoyable as well.
some of the teachers are not organised with setting work. some have missed setting assignments which makes us fall behind. also practical work has been delayed. Other than that, Rolls Royce have structured the apprenticeship to a good standard.
if I ask for support, they give me the necessary assistance.
they provide us with the necessary information too see if we are still on track and what we need to improve on if needed. we have a 1 on 1 with our manager every 3 months to see if we are on track.
they keep me on track and make sure im not falling behind in any of my units and where improvements.
there are plenty of activities to do. you can start up any club you want and plenty of social events.
Yes
