I have only been on the apprenticeship for a couple of months and have found it to be a good experience, i get regular checkins either by call or message from my learning coach, who also provides great 1-1 web and in person teaching lessons.
I am devleoping my customer service skills and through the duraion of the course so far have learnt that ther eare many different ways in which to ask a more open question, something i have previously struggled with. this is something i hope gets better with time.
I enjoy the program a lot, it is not to dificult to follow the online traiing and the information is very informative
the program is very well organise, broken down into smaller sectins that i have got a weekly target to complete a couple at a time. with a bit of other training at work included.
i recive a good amout of support from my employer, they know that this is really important for me to be able to progress.
i recive regular calls and messsages allong with monthly checkins regarding the wrk i do, and because of some extra learnng support also get extra progess check calls.
The qualification will give me more knowledge about customer servie, it will also help me be a better communicator ammoung other things that i am still yet to learn, but look forward to it.
