some of the new skills i have learnt are communication, Microsoft programs and how to use Business specific system such as SAP.
i really enjoy the program as there is lots of new challenges everyday as well as having opportunities to develop and expanding my network.
There is a lot of support from my employers as they have always given support when needed. they are very supportive and encourages us to build our knowledge by asking questions and talking to more people around the business. Having a manager that has been in the company for some time has been beneficial as they are able to direct us to the best person for any problems
I receive enough support from my skills coach as they are always happy to book time in with me to help on task sheets and always give detailed and constructive feedback to help me improve my work.
The qualification helps me preform better in my role as there are topics that i have never learnt before that helps me within the role to learn new things and having a little background information on other departments of the business
yes, there are many extra curricular activities such as internal events like 5 side football, networking events and charity events.
Yes
Computacenter is driven on helping others succeed and having opportunities for employees to explore and widen their career choice. They have a friendly environment and i would recommend this company to friends and family as it is a good place to start your career and expand your network into the It and Business world
To ask questions and take notes. the more questions you ask can help you understand the role and also help build relationships with others. Also to be confident in your skills and show examples of how you can utilise them to set task and responsibilities.
