In My role i Manage a team of Medical Engineers. I am also Responsible for the oversight of our quality management system
Lots of new skills learnt around risk managment/governance/ compliance and Audit
Enjoyed my apprenticeship very much. As an older learner it was a challenge in parts but one that was embraced by both myself and my tutor
Great structure and very well organised. Supported by Professionals of the highest regards
MY employer supported me under the terms of the apprenticeship but also gave me extra time when this was asked for
My Tutor was very supportive all the way through the course. As this areas was outside of field of expertise he was very helpful in adapting subjects to my understanding
The qualification will enable me to establish a new deportment in the business. so very much so
