Managing the reception and all the daily tasks, ensuring all our guests are taken care off and things run smoothly. Communicating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on time and and all requests are in place. Taking care if daily finances and health and safety duties making sure everything is kept upto standard.
I've learnt alot more about the company as a whole and its operations. I've learnt more about budgeting and finance aspects of the business. Its help develop my communication skills from a management aspect and has helped when training new team members.
The programme has been great its made me realise how important my job is and I've learnt new skills and its helped with my development and progression within the company.
My programme started before the pandemic so unfortunately its been a bit hectic as I've had different assessor's and had to do a lot of work remotely so it has been difficult at times.
My employer has been great and has given me all the tools necessary to help get me through the apprenticeship
The trainers were great all really friendly and constantly checking in. The only downfall was due to the pandemic I ended up having several different assessors so was difficult to form a relationship and did impact my confidence completing the course.
The training is very informative and well delivered and I do feel I am better qualified to do my job to the best of my abilities.
Yes, the company are always coming up with incentives, events etc for the teams and we are well rewarded for our achievements within the company.
