I’ve learnt lots of new legislations and service styles it’s definitely broadened how I look at hospitality
I thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship, it made learning easier and more comfortable as it was all online I could complete this from the comfort of my bed
I found this programme very structured with lots of support
I received lots of support, more than I realised I needed
Lots of support was provided, I was helped and encouraged throughout the whole programme
Taking in new knowledge has definitely changed the way I present myself to customers and employees

An educational setting was never my style to learn, doing this apprenticeship helped me have more trust into the educational system
Keep going and ask for help everyone in the programme is very helpful and supportive
