i currently work at the quality assurance manager for an educational tutoring company, where i look at ensuring our tuition delivery, our products and services all meet the quality requirements that we agree. i work across the UK ensuring that the company i work for delivers the highest standard in tuition possible
yes, i have learnt a lot of theory and multiple ways to look at quality from a strategic stand point. i feel like i understand the importance of quality even more now and how to further explain that to the wider team, i have learnt some really important valuable quality skills and further developed existing knowledge.
I think that the programme is really enjoyable, the tutor that i have [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is incredibly engaging, she always makes an effort to not only be personable but to make the sessions that she delivers as interesting, engaging and fun as possible. which really helps with the sessions. I enjoy the tasks that we get and the additional research we are advised to do.
I think that the sessions and the programme is really well organised, we have a clear structure of when our sessions are going to be, when we have to submit tasks and what other work we might need to complete which is really helpful to know. i feel like the MBKB team really want us to succeed as well and so make everything as clear as possible.
i receive great support from my employer, if their is ever a task that i am given on the programme that i need to implement in work my employer always allows me to work through that and supports the task. My employer always attends my 10 week review and is always engaged in my other one to ones with them to learn how i am going on the programme.
I receive a lot of support from [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] at MBKB, tbh i think she is brilliant and really cares about how well we do in the course, she always offers further learning and development opportunities and is always on hand to support and answer any questions that i have, she will also regularly check in to make sure we are okay.
I think that it has given me a deeper focus and understanding on the clear priorities of my role, it has also pushed me to keep developing and wanting to learn more and be able to take on further responsibility. I can really tell that my knowledge and ability to strategies for the further improvement of my role and the wider team has improved and developed a lot since being on the programme
