Payroll services. Amending employees records in line with requests from their Managers or any change in circumstances.
I have moved from a customer service role In engineering to a payroll position. Everything I now do in payroll has been a new skill.
The programme brings new experiences and challenges. This is the part I enjoy the most.
It’s early days but communication is great keeping the learning well organised.
They are very supportive, time to complete my course is factored into my working week.
My tutor is always on hand to help should I need it.
Wider knowledge in areas that my current role does not cover gives me an insight on the impact my current work has on other departments.
