I am a Building Services Engineer. I work on Everton New Stadium with Laing O'Rourke. I work around all different departments in which Laing O'Rourke have a plan set out for me. For example, i am in health and safety team for 8 weeks and then go into design.
Yes. Everything is new to me as i am brand new as i have never worked in construction before.
I really enjoy my programme as it something i can drive towards to get the best possible outcome.
It is fully structured in which i have a certain things i take part in.
I receive support on a daily basis. I have multiple people i can speak to.
I receive support every month in which I have teams meeting in which I have tasks set to reach goals by the end of my programme.
I feel it is good. I get help and support in everything i need to.
Yes there is lots of things such as; quiz nights, 5 a side football, running training, taking part in half marathons/ 10milers and many more.

It is the best way to get a good career ahead of you. You will have nothing to worry about.
Try your best and be honest. Just be yourself and make sure you are professional and make sure you put 100% in everything you do. This can result in lots of beneficial things.
