I am working with the Interest and Charges team for the Bank. I would amend credit interest rates and refund and wrong fees or charges.
I am learning various on job skills which relate to the Job and also various meta skills. One of the skills that I have learnt so far is time management. Client requests must be fulfilled within reasonable time and I have learnt that well.
The program is certainly enjoyable. It is a great blend of education based on the field of work. As I enjoy the work I enjoy the studies around it as well. Also the managers and the coach make it more enjoyable with their warm approach to teaching.
The program is well organised with 5 modules to be completed. The 5 modules are based on key areas of the field and evidences must be produced for each module to pass the modules.
I am getting great support from the business. The line manager and the apprenticeship coach would talk to me time to time to know bout my wellbeing.
The business is providing the necessary time to complete the apprenticeship tasks. They are also providing with all the equipment necessary.
The qualification seeks myself to be better in my role by producing evidences of work for each modules or the program
There are a fair number of extra curricular activities at my workplace. There are social events, award functions, sports events, career counselling sessions, that are helping a lot.
Yes
LBG is a great organisation to work for. The support that I get from the managers, colleagues is immense. The organisation treats everyone fairly and provides all the necessary support to make the work life better.
It is surely one of the best organisations to work for. Just be confident with yourself and have the will to gain the skills that would not only benefit you, but also build a skilled citizen.
