Assisting the people function with their daily needs. Such as dealing with queries from the wider business or co-ordinating work experience.
Many, my people and communication skills have developed significantly whilst working for LOR.
I am thoroughly enjoying my programme , great support from programme facilitators and the business in general.
Very well organized. Modules are planned well in advance - delivery schedule is followed.
Great support system . Always given the allocated time to complete studies and support is always given as/when needed.
OK support. Feedback on assignments can be quite delayed.
Shows me direct links between theory and practice. Often helps to put situations into perspective ( for example being aware as to WHY a business decision may have been made).
Lots of professional networking events , different societies within the business as well.
