my role is a general construction management apprentice, I deal with the instalment of pre cast concrete panels being fitted with balconies and windows and manage the process of getting this done before it is delivered to site
I have learnt an abundance of new skills since being on the apprenticeship and massively developed on existing skills
i massively enjoy my programme
it is very well organised and structured
i receive plenty of support from my employer
