I am aligned to an account and work closely with the customer to process and check the process of the purchase orders, we work from a shared mailbox and an order queue.
Improved my communication, mailbox management, time and confidence skills.
I enjoy the workshops and time with my tutors but it takes up a lot more time in my working week than was communicated at the beginning.
Well organised and structured.
Given the time I need to attend the workshops and complete my work whilst also receiving support to add value to my work.
Have a great skills coach and we receive plenty of support sessions and office hours.
I can tell that with time and me gaining more responsibility it will add lots of value to me performing better in my role.
