I love the payroll course I am currently taking, it is very informative and I feel 100% supported by my tutor, It enables me to develop me knowledge of payroll and has given me the confidence in handling payroll related query's employees may have.

I am able to organise my workload using the smart assessor system and this enables me to visually see my progress and manage my workload the ensure I am able to complete any assignments I have and see what work I will be allocated within the future sessions.

My employer is very accommodating with providing me with the relevant information to complete my assignments and allocating me off the job hours to complete this work.

My training provider is available over Microsoft Teams and has been very supportive with answering any questions I have had regarding my course and any assignments I have been assigned and they have provided me with additional material when I have struggling with understanding certain work.

I feel this qualification through MBKB has given me the confidence in understanding processing relating to certain areas concerning payroll and I feel from this I am able to progress my career in payroll.
