I help look after a store and run a team of people. To put stock out run a delivery help drivers load. Deal with customers in store and on the phone. Online picking and Uber orders. Also help my area of 12 stores making sure that they have the help and info they need.
I have learnt through this apprenticeship of the different way to approach things.
It's good due to fact it makes you look at your position in a different light
I was on life time and now moved to aptem it's getting used to the programme
Now that I have changed my tutor. The manager and the new tutor have given me all the help I have needed through so far
My new lady has been very kind and has been understanding. To get me back on track after a set back.
Due to the different things I've learnt. I use the skills in everyday life. So I know that I can do my role better.
We do go out when we can. But also talk and mingle at work we are one big happy family.
Yes
I have been there for 6 years I started at bottom and have worked my way up and proud of doing so. Also learning through different managers you get to learn different skills
Making sure that they have a good availablity to get the extra hours and it's a great place to progress
