Working in the responsible business team to improve our diversity and inclusion. Day to day - assisting exec projects, conducting due diligence, team admin
Yes - project management is one of main skills needed, training and apprenticeship have developed this. Communication, managing stakeholders, time management
Really enjoy programme with MBKB - Tutor is extremely passionate and engages you in meaningful discussion on topics, which is personally the best way I learn. All lessons have a clear application for business, and work around your current workload
Very - would like to have been provided a list of topics when enrolling so ensure lessons can be planned around current and upcoming projects. Otherwise 10/10
Manager is very supportive, involves whole team to assist when needed. Working in a law firm, teams tend to work independently of each other, this apprenticeship relies on making connections, manager has helped make those if needed
Plenty - Tutor is very flexible on workload, as long as apprentice communicates this. Work is always tailored to upcoming projects and if there are gaps in getting criteria confirmed, tutor will always assist.
Qualification has taught me plenty of skills for both this role, and any upcoming future roles - Learning is very applicable. As someone keen to stay in Corporate responsibility, the lessons have been and will continue to be very reliable as my career grows
yes - plenty of socials and volunteering opportunities. Some offices have set up running clubs/yoga etc etc
Yes
