  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure of the programme is very well detailed. From the start in our introduction meeting the goals and expectations were set out from the beginning. This enabled me to get off to the good start to meet the course expectations. The courses were nicely spread out and not crammed into a short amount of time which allowed me to go at my own pace as well.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The support and networking opportunities are in my opinion second to none. There's always an opportunity to develop, no matter how long you've been here for. With the vast networking that goes on anyone is able to fit in and feel like they belong. With our apprenticeship/graduate programme the room for growth is exceptional.
