On my day to day basis I am currently solving exceptions using different software to solve problems for what the customer requires or needs by being effective and taking my time.
I have picked up different skills along the way to complete different things within the job.
I am really enjoying the programme as I'm developing new skills along the way which is amazing! Amazing environment to be in as well.
The structure of the programme is structured very well due to all the effort that gets put in to it , which tells you everything about it plus extra information to progress even further
Again they provide amazing information on helping you progress in the job and easily accessible help from anyone
The structured programme that is given is done in little chunks that need to be worked on so it isn't a information overload, the trainer helps me at my own pace
The qualification that is given at the end really helps due to it showing that you are also competent in that area as you progress achieving the qualification
Yeah there is different activities, on one of the progress that they provide you can see pages depending what you are interested in
Yes
An amazing atmosphere/environment. Really supportive to problems or anything that you need help in no matter the problem, really inclusive to all different kind of things.
Do the best you can so even if you fail you know you did the best you could
