In my role I maintain the external view of the organisation. I create social content, PDFs, brochures and other outwardly facing content. I am responsible for how Ten Space’s brand comes across in these projects. I work closely with the CEO to ensure whatever I produce is fitting the brand.
I am proud of how my graphic design, editing & copywriting skills have developed and how they enable me to turn ideas into reality. How I’m consistently learning, watching tutorials, reaching out to peers & experts in order to improve these skills & how I apply these to the work & projects I do.
I have enjoyed my programme significantly. The sessions have always been extremely engaging with many opportunities to be hands-on. The guests that come into speak are very interesting, they provide tasks that help me to understand the topic better. The mix of classroom learning and online learning has been extremely beneficial.
I think the programme is extremely well organised. The Juice Academy use BUD as an online learning portal which has been great in helping me to keep my online learning and my tasks organised. The sessions are structured really well, they are always timed alongside what I am doing as work which makes it easier to out my learning into action.
I receive an incredible amount of support from my employer. Ten Space are able to connect me with professionals who can help me understand any topics I am struggling with better. They also put my learning first, making sure that I can meet objectives and do it whilst knowing the options I have.
I receive a lot of support from The Juice Academy when working towards my qualifications. On a number of occasions I have contacted The Juice Academy for extra help or to get in touch with an expert who could help me with a project at work. They have always been incredibly supportive.
My qualification from The Juice Academy allows me to understand the industry I am working in as well as the solutions I need when facing any problems. It has given me the knowledge to be confident in my abilities and has resulted in amazing data and insights for the companies I work with.
There are often networking events at my workplace which have allowed me to expand my network and create connections that can help me as I move up in my career. There aren't any sports teams or too many social activities, though I know this is something they are looking to introduce in the future.
Yes
Ten Space is an extremely supportive company. They value learning opportunities, personal development and career growth. They truly put their people first and it is extremely refreshing to go to work every day knowing your best interests are in fact cared about. They have helped me grow incredibly and will continue to set me up for success.
Think about what you want to get out of the role and your time at the company. What do you want to learn? How do you want to develop your skills? Ten Space gives you the flexibility to work on your own personal & professional development every day. It's a great place to create connections and work with people that care.
