Learning loads of new skills and gaining a wide range of HR experience
The Oxford Brookes CIPD course is really interesting with lots of thoughtful content, and great opportunity to meet other HR professionals.
It's well organised as the apprenticeship slots in alongside the part-time Masters programme, so we have a ready-made cohort of peers, and an established programme.
