Apprenticeship allowed me to develop and use skills
It was in early stages of development so not all of it was optimal. This is being addressed with new cohorts. Tutors were supportive and programme was responsive to feedback
The structure became clear over time. Documentation was difficult to access and the web interface was clunky. This was fed back and may have improved
I was able to take the necessary time to attend workshops (as leave)
Course leaders and tutors were supportive.
It is a useful deepening of skills relevant to my role, as well as a development of personal interest/background
Not as such, nor would I particularly want them
Yes
There is a great variety of activity and good people to work with
none in particular; it is diverse enough that general advice is unlikely to be useful
