I’ve learnt so much about organisation and learning my boundaries within my job. It’s important to throughly understand your scope of work and what skills you can display as well as develop. I’ve become a better leader, a clearer communicator and just more organised.
I really enjoy my programme. It brings lots of opportunity and a great environment to thrive and develop.
It’s well structured but it should be mediated across all of the business and all the apprentices so we can ensure everyone ahd the same entitlements.
I do receive support from both my employer and my Aston university team. They are open to queries and give good feedback.
I’m really impressed with my training provider, every time I’ve needed clarification they’ve always been on called and extremely supportive.
I think it’s tailored well to general business management which in turn helps me with my role.
I’m on the Women’s Network committee and I’m involved in work for the Muslim faith network.

Keep in close contact with the wider EET team as they are very supportive aswell as your general manager, always ask questions as here that’s a great way to learn.
