I do checks with the shift team, we check if there’s any ppms to do and I’ll shadow them. If there’s any reactives we’ll do the reactive jobs and I’ll help and assist

Ask loads of questions. Network!!! And always put your head down and work, if you need help make sure you ask. Also don’t act like you know it all
